𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐈𝐓?
The ASME Vic Summer Mini-Conference is designed to refresh, recharge and reignite music teachers ahead of the 2025 year.
Three streams are offered – Primary Music, Secondary Music and Senior Music – so you can follow one stream throughout the day or choose your own adventure! Each session is underpinned by requirements of the Victorian Curriculum, The Victorian Learning and Teaching Model and VCE Music Study designs. The workshops will be practical, hands-on and involve discussion of approaches to planning, assessing and organising music across various year levels, with copious amounts of resources available from each session to get you off to a good start for the year!
𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐈𝐒 𝐈𝐓 𝐅𝐎𝐑?
In response to a call from members, particularly our graduate, early career and ‘career-change’ teachers who may be heading into a different setting or returning after a break, this one-day curated mini-conference is designed to set music teachers up for Day 1 and Term 1 on the 2025 teaching year. Of course, all teachers are welcome and are sure to find the sessions both information and invigorating!
