ASME WA are excited to announce that Stephanie Eaton is our special guest educator for Choral Day 2025!

Stephanie Eaton is a highly accomplished vocal educator, choral conductor, musician, clinician, and educator who has garnered recognition and admiration for her exceptional contributions to the world of music. With a profound passion for vocal and choral music and a commitment to music education, she stands as a distinguished figure in the field.
She builds on her wealth of past conducting experiences including Encore, Voices and Vox from Brisbane Girls Grammar School, the Queensland Young Conservatorium Children’s Chorus and the Churchie Community Choir from QLD, with Young Adelaide Voices, the Chandos Chorale, St Peters Evensong Choir (invitational), Soul Conviction, and as assistant conductor for the Elder Conservatorium Chorale and Voiceworks under Dr Carl Crossin OAM from SA.

Stephanie is passionate about music education and believes music is an integral part of being human. She focusses on motivating and engaging students through a Kodály -inspired approach with the use of singing as a joy for human expression and a tool for learning. She holds the Australian Kodály Certificate and serves as a lecturer for the AKC award, nurturing the next generation of music educators. Her dedication to advancing Kodaly-inspired practices is further evident in her roles as Vice-President of the Kodály National Council and the Kodály SA branch.
