VOSA and ASME Vic are delighted to be partnering with to present a two day mini conference for Primary teachers in the July school holidays.

Join a wonderful range of highly experienced music educators to help invigorate you for the second half of the teaching year, focusing on active classroom music ideas, using marimbas and how to develop a thriving classroom music education program in your school.

Directions to the Music Studio:

  • Enter the building via the glass doors at 234 Queensberry Street
  • The lifts will be directly in front of you; take the lift to Level 5
  • Exit the lift and turn right to the Piazza and Music/Drama Studios

Access and Parking

Parking is limited; the best access is via public transport:

  • 10-minute walk from Melbourne Central Station, or
  • A 10-minute walk from trams that run along Swanston and Elizabeth Streets

Nearby parking is available in streets:

  • 2 – 4-hour metered parking, including accessible car parking
  • Use the EasyPay app on your phone or ticket machines on the footpath.
  • NB parking inspectors are vigilant in the area.

All day parking:

  • Closet is on the corner of Grattan and Cardigan Streets
  • Next closest in Exhibition Buildings

  • When you arrive on level 5, please sign in at the registration desk each day you are attending.

Catering

  • Please join us for morning tea and lunch each day. We encourage you to BYO water bottle and a cup/mug for tea and coffee. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements for catering purposes.
  • The nearest coffee shop is “MOFO” at 100 Leicester Street
